Due to COVID-19, the deadline for submission of profits tax return of M code will extend to 30 November 2022. In fact, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department has also previously agreed to extend the submission of profits tax return of N Code and D Code to 30 June 2022 and 15 September 2022 respectively.
